The Gulf Extrusions TB600 is a thermally broken aluminium hinged door system engineered for high performance in both residential and commercial applications. Designed to meet heavy-duty usage standards (H-HC40), it offers robust durability, energy efficiency, and versatile design options, making it suitable for the UAE's diverse architectural needs.

Performance Standards
Tested at Al-Futtaim Element Materials Technology Dubai (AFE), the TB600 system meets the following standards:
- Air Infiltration: ASTM E283-04
- Water Penetration: ASTM E331-00 (static)
- Wind Resistance: ASTM E330-02 (serviceability and safety)

- Frame Depth: 60 mm
- Sash Thickness: 60 or 67 mm
- Glazing Capacity: Accommodates glass thicknesses ranging from 18 mm to 38 mm
- Thermal Break: Incorporates an 18.6 mm polyamide strip, reducing thermal conductivity from 5.7 W/m²K to 3.0 W/m²K
- Sealing System: Utilizes three EPDM gaskets for enhanced air, water, and dust sealing
- Opening Configurations: Supports inward and outward opening, single or double leaf, and swing door applications
- Assembly: Frames and sashes are assembled with 45° cuts; door bottom profiles are custom 90°
- Finish Options: Available in all RAL colours with the possibility of bi-colour configurations due to the thermal break design
